Finalized Round-the-World (RTW) Itinerary

Hey gang... as many of you know, it has been a dream of mine (call it a "bucket list" item if you will) for some time now, to embark on a journey around the world! Although for various reasons, be them financial/time sensitive or otherwise, that dream hasn't had the chance to become a reality until now!

After evaluating different routes, destinations, sites, climates, weather patterns, costs, etc I've booked my tickets! Here's the plan... feel free to make yourself a part of it by meeting me at some destination along the way!

LAX > Peru/Argentina/Brazil and/or Central America

Months of May/June/July

Then finally home!

I know... its a lot but a year is a long time No doubt the plan will evolve further while underway but I've tried to develop a "skeleton plan" to put me in different regions of the globe during preferred off-peak and optimal weather seasons. And, unfortunately, you can't be in two places at one time!

The time of dreaming, waiting, and planning is over and the journey is set to begin in just a couple weeks!

Lots remaining to be done in terms of acquiring the right shoes, backpack, camera, etc for the journey...

  1. Hey Na,
FYI...but you probably already know this:
-try a pensione for accomodations or a homestay is another option instead of hostels
-go to website: lonelyplanet.com for travel info.
